Terms and conditions of Muse Salon Gift Vouchers

1. The following terms and conditions (“Terms“) apply where you use, purchase or contribute to a Muse Salon Gift Voucher (“Gift Voucher“).

2. By using, purchasing or contributing to a Gift Voucher, you agree to these Terms.

3. If you allow another person to use or take possession of your Gift Voucher or, you must tell that person that they will be bound by these Terms.

4. In addition to these Terms, you should also refer to participating retailers’ general terms and conditions.

 

Muse Salon Gift Vouchers

1. Muse Salon Gift Voucher are issued by Muse Salon Limited (“Muse Salon”) and are redeemable for merchandise or services sold at any participating Muse Salon (Pukekohe & Tuakau).

2. Gift Voucher may not be used for any other purpose.  Purchase with a Gift Voucher is as if the purchase was made by way of cash payment. Gift Voucher may not be redeemed for cash. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

3. Gift Voucher credit will expire 12 months from issue date. After expiry, the Gift Voucher is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined, and any outstanding balance will be forfeited to Muse Salon.

4. Gift Voucher should be held in a secure place, as any person holding the Gift Voucher may be able to use it to make purchases.

5. Lost or stolen Gift Voucher will not be replaced. Any unused balance left on expiry will not be refunded.

6. Gift Voucher will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

7. If you wish to return goods to muse salon you purchased with your Gift Voucher, reimbursed funds will be issued to a new Gift Voucher.

8. The bearer of a Gift Voucher may not consolidate the balances of several Gift Voucher onto a new Gift Voucher.

9. Muse Salon reserves the right to cancel any Gift Voucher, or the Gift Voucher programme, for any reason at any time without notice. If this occurs, the balance on all valid Gift Voucher will be refunded to the holder on presentation of the Gift Voucher.

10. Muse Salon may vary these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms on our website. If you already have a Gift Voucher and you are unhappy with any changes to the Terms, then the Gift Voucher balance will be refunded upon request as long as you make that request prior to the expiry of the Gift Voucher.

11. Your Gift Voucher may not be copied or reproduced in any circumstances.

 

 

Muse Salon e-Gift Voucher

1. Muse Salon e-Gift Voucher can be purchased online at www. musesalon.co.nz (“Website”)-. The person purchasing the e-Gift voucher is referred to as the “Purchaser”.

2. The Website allows the Purchaser to enter a recipient’s name at a the point of purchase (“purchase Date“), should the e-voucher be purchased as a gift.

3. Once set, the nominated name cannot be changed.

4. A physical Muse salon Gift voucher will be issued and delivered to the Purchaser designated delivery address.

 

Redeeming a e-Gift Voucher

1. The purchase of the e-Gift voucher on line is not a redeemable electronic product and will be replaced by a  physical Muse Salon Gift Voucher.

2. Once the recipient has received the Gift Voucher, the recipient takes it to the service desk at any participating muse salon and redeems it for the value of the Gift Voucher in services or goods offered at the Muse salon location.

3. Muse Salon takes no responsibility if the Gift Voucher is obtained and used by the wrong person, where the wrong email address is used by the Purchaser or where the Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, unless this is the fault of Muse Salon.

4. Subject to any rights you may have at law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act, all Gift Voucher are sold on a no refund, exchange or cancellation basis.

5. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
